All chapter titles and subheadings are assigned to the correct Word heading levels (H1–H4). Paragraph spacing, line spacing, first-line indent, and spacing before/after paragraphs are standardised according to your university’s thesis manual, and/or thesis template and/or sample thesis/dissertation.

Inconsistent paragraph spacing is corrected throughout the thesis, including spacing around headings, tables, figures, and block elements, ensuring a uniform and clean layout.
✓ Table Formatting
Editable tables are formatted according to required academic and institutional standards. This includes numbering (e.g., Table 3.2), title/caption formatting, alignment, spacing, and adjusting table width to fit the printable area(Image-based tables are flagged for author revision.)

Figures are placed, numbered, and captioned according to institutional requirements. Size and alignment adjustments are made to ensure figures fit within the page margins while maintaining visual consistency.
✓ Citations–References Cross-Check
A basic consistency check is performed to ensure that all in-text citations appear in the reference list and all references are cited. Incorrect or missing items are highlighted and reported to you for revision.
✓ Reference List Formatting
The reference list is formatted according to the required citation style (APA, MLA, Chicago, Harvard, IEEE, or university-specific styles). Missing elements are corrected when possible, and problematic references are flagged for the author.
✓ Appendices & Final Pages
Appendices, CV, publication list, ethics forms, and other final pages are formatted to match the heading structure, numbering, and layout rules of the main thesis.
✓ University Template Application
If your university provides an official Word-based thesis template, your entire document is transferred into the template and all styles (headings, paragraphs, captions) are adjusted for full compatibility.
This service does not include:
✗ Writing: Abstract, Conclusion, or any section of the thesis is not written, expanded, or restructured.
✗ Language Editing: Grammar correction, fluency improvement, clarity enhancement, or academic rewriting is not included.
You may request English Editing or Proofreading as an additional service.
✗ Figure Editing: We do not redesign figures, adjust resolution, or redraw visuals. Only formatting, placement, and captioning are included.
