Each certificate includes the author’s name, the title of the work, and the completion date, and can be securely verified online by journal editors and reviewers.

When Do You Receive Your Certificate?

Once your English Editing or English Proofreading project has been completed and delivered, our system automatically generates a personalised certificate for your work. This certificate:

• Confirms that your manuscript has undergone professional English language editing or proofreading
• Can be used in journal submissions, thesis deliveries, or funding applications
• Is issued at no extra cost – it is completely free for our clients

How to Download Your Certificate from the Client Panel

You can download your certificate any time from our secure Client Panel by following these steps:

1. Log in to your iPeak Editing Client Panel.
2. Open the relevant completed project.
3. Click on the “Download Certificate” button.
4. Your certificate will be downloaded as a PDF file, ready to be shared with journals or institutions.

Online Certificate Verification

Every certificate issued by iPeak Editing includes a unique certificate code and a verification link. Journal editors, reviewers, or institutions can easily confirm the authenticity of your certificate by:

1. Visiting the Certificate Verification page:
   www.ipeakediting.com/panel/en/certificate-verification
   
2. Entering the certificate code shown on the document.
3. Viewing the author’s name, the title of the work, and the certificate date on the verification screen.
